Good work takes time. Design is a process, not an event - to serve you best, we need to get to know you. We like to get involved early in the development of your project so we can help to define its design and marketing goals with you. Often, an impartial and honest outsider can be a really valuable asset as you consider spreading your message - we'll tell you the things your partner might be too shy to say, or too biased to see.

We begin, after a meeting or two, with a written quote. After your acceptance, we supply a Creative Brief on where we understand the project to be headed and how we plan to get there. The team gets started as soon as you give us the go-ahead.

The Project Manager is your single-source contact, coordinating all aspects of the team we've assembled with you and your people. Designers, writers, photographers, researchers, web folk, public relations, and marketing management types will all be linked to you through the Project Manager, to assure you of a simple and efficient experience.

We have key suppliers in all disciplines (print, web, broadcast) who we've worked well with for years and who won't fumble the hand-off. Or we can work with your supplier, contacting them directly to ensure that nothing is lost in the transition. It's your call.
