Interactive Presentation Centre
The
challenge - manage larger numbers of visitors to sales centres without
increasing staffing costs, and allow a greater amount of information to
be conveyed to each visitor, at their own pace. A set of touch-screen
TV info kiosks, installed in the sales centres of all Heartland Homes
(entry level, single-family), and now their sister company Hawthorne Homes
(multi-family) was the solution. Highly interactive, rich with dynamic
imagery and sound, it's also loaded with all the background information
appreciated by their many customers.
